What is a letterform design?

A letterform design is a is a term used especially in typography, to mean a letter's shape. Letterform is also a synonym for glyph, which is a specific, concrete way of writing an abstract character.

What was your job as the designer?

My job as the designer was to create a design that properly reflected the component of requirements. In a way that is engaging to the eye, while keeping in mind the symmetry, radial, emphasis, and the aspect of disguising your letters in a way that is unrecognizable.

What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

Some of the challenges I faced during this project would be while designing weather or not the colors and fonts flowed to create a credible design. Also trying to make the designs simple enough that they are still interesting but at the same time not just an average design.

Do you feel you successfully completed the project? Why or why not?

I feel that I successfully completed the project because I exposed multiply letterform component while trying to express the point of that box, in a simple matter. I used my colors and fonts to help enforce the message I was trying to get across, which I feel I displayed in a very good manner.

If you can change something about the project what would it be and why?

One thing I would change is the order of the boxes that are in the final design. If I would be able to rearrange the boxes to give it a better flow without messing up the project requirements.
